CONEC Q – Quality Management

Quality and customer satisfaction are our top priority.
In order to achieve these objectives, we have introduced a Total Quality Management (TQM) concept, which internally called CONEC Q.
Our product quality and services are based on the know-how of decades of experience in the development and production of connectors.
In order to ensure consistently high quality for our customers, we plan at an early stage with carefully selected processes and methods. An internal testing laboratory ensures that all necessary verifications can be carried out in a timely manner.
We ensure the conformity of our processes and products through regular audits and quality checks.
The expertise of our employees is crucial. We keep this up-to-date with continuous education and training.
Our objectives and special customer requirements together with the requirements of ISO 9001 2015 form the basis of our corporate management system. Our quality capability is confirmed and proven by a large number of successful audits.
The effectiveness of the quality management system is regularly checked by internal audits. The results of the audits as well as feedback from the market are evaluated and used as indicators for the continuous improvement of processes and products.

CONEC – Q – Quality management methods

To ensure product and process quality, ffective preventive and monitoring quality assurance methods are applied in all phases of product realization
In the field of product and process development, the requirements and methods from APQP are used and documented in all phases up to series release.
Various methods from the field of Six Sigma, SPC, process audits and planned product reviews are used to monitor compliance with all product and process specifications.

Customer satisfaction is our major concern. This implies that our suppliers are also involved in the product realization process and constantly face up to further development for the continuous improvement of products and processes. This presupposes high flexibility, high delivery and delivery reliability and high quality standards.

Accepted suppliers will be continuously evaluated. New orders are preferably placed with suppliers classified as A-suppliers, thus guaranteeing a consistent quality standard and meeting the Conec requirements.
