Whether tractors, excavators or heavy construction machinery, the IVCM (Industrial Vehicles and Construction Machines) segment places high demands on the connectors used. The overmoulded VSS Superseal connectors developed by CONEC offer optimum protection even in the most difficult applications, such as underground, at sub-zero temperatures or in dusty, hot environments.
The VSS Superseal connectors are designed as a cable-to-cable connection and latch/lock securely with the mating connector via a latch. Thanks to the CONEC overmoulding, the entire connector fulfils the IP67 / IP69K degree of protection when mated. The CONEC portfolio of Superseal connectors includes number of poles 2 to 16 in female or male versions. Several number of poles are also available with with protection circuit suppressor diode / LED, terminating plug and double outlet.
